Reefer owner-operators must have the experience and ability to handle temperature-sensitive freight, ensuring safe and efficient transport. Our partner companies seek drivers who can manage reefer equipment and meet the demands of perishable goods transportation. As a reefer owner-operator, you are responsible for maintaining the correct temperatures during transit and delivering goods on time.

Here’s what we expect from applicants:

  1. Class A CDL license;
  2. A minimum of one full year (12 months) of recent reefer experience;
  3. 22 years of age or older;
  4. Ability to pass a Federal D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen;
  5. Experience with reefer trailers and managing temperature-sensitive freight;
  6. A strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service;
  7. A professional, reliable, and motivated work ethic.
